Easy Sipping Hot Toddy

Nothing comforts you in winter more then a warm cocktail. And nothing more so then the hot toddy.  A hot Toddy is classically made with whisky, lemon, cinnamon, honey and water. Its the apple we add that makes this hot toddy different. Spiced apple and bourbon is a classic combination. heated up makes it even better. The Toddy has been around for a long time. Its one of these cocktails with many different roots and origins. Most are traced back to the British colonial era.


  • 50 ML Bourbon
  • 15 ML Lemon Juice
  • 25 ML Honey
  • 20 ML Cloudy Apple Juice
  • 100 ML Boiling water
  • 1 Stick Cinnamon
  • 1 Star Anise
  • 1 Apple slice
  • 3 Clove


  • Add all ingredients into a heat proof glass
  • Stir until the honey has dissolved fully
  • Drink up! or, Strain out spices then drink up! it all depends whether you mind the odd spice sneaking its way in your mouth
