Mango And Coconut Margarita
- 50 ML Chilli infused Blanco Tequila See Recipe Below
- 25 ML Fresh Lime Juice
- 15 ML Coconut Syrup
- 20 ML Mango Purée
- Add all ingredients to a shaker, with cubed ice.
- Shake till cold.
- Strain out into a ice cold coupe glass.
- Garnish with coconut flakes, a long red chilli and a dehydrated lime wheel.
How to make the Chilli infused Tequila
Step one: Take 4 Long red Chilli's.
Step two: Add them to a bottle of 100% Agave, Blanco Tequila.
Step three: Leave in a dark cool place, taste it after 3 days, it should be ready to Strain out and use, if not, leave it for another day.
