Twas the night before Christmas, in the bartenders house
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse
The barman was thinking, of how to show care
In hopes that St. Nicholas, soon would be there
Instead of leaving carrots, cookies and milk,
He thought up a cocktail, that would pour like silk
So he grabbed his mixing glass, and reached for the Brandy,
He poured 45 mils, using 2 shot glasses which was handy
But Santa likes things sweet, strong, he does not,
so he added chocolate syrup, in the amount of a shot
He then added a single shot, of both milk, and cream,
with ingredients like this, he knew it would taste like a dream
Now he needed some coffee, to keep Santa awake,
so he poured 22.5ML of kahlua, and got ready to shake
he added his ice, the shaker top and shake he did,
if you dont have a shaker use a jar and its lid
he then poured out the cocktail, thick and creamy it poured,
as he heard the jingling of Santas sleigh heading toward
he left the drink by the fireplace and rushed of to bed,
as Santa rose from the chimney "what do we have here" he said
he drank up the cocktail, without a moment to spare,
and left the glass on the side, right by the chair.
he licked his lips, and wiped away the creamy moustache
then dashed back up the chimney, quicker then a flash
He sprang to his sleigh, to his team gave a whistle,
And away they all flew like the down of a thistle.
But I heard him exclaim, ere he drove out of sight--
"Thanks for the cocktail, for it was a delight"
"Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good night!"
