I bring you a chocolate Easter egg in the form of a cocktail! This little number is what we made for our chocolate lovers, bunny owners and all round calorie lovers. With a combination of vanilla and chocolate I can say this one if for those of a sweet tooth.
- 30 ML Vanilla Vodka
- 20 ML Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur
- 30 ML Chocolate Milk
- 15 ML Vanilla Syrup
- 1 Whole Egg White
- Put all the ingredients into a shaker, dry shake first to aerate the egg white and build up the foam.
- Add cubed ice and shake again, till cold to touch.
- Strain into coupe and garnish with mini chocolate eggs.
