Chocolate Egg

I bring you a chocolate Easter egg in the form of a cocktail! This little number is what we made for our chocolate lovers, bunny owners and all round calorie lovers. With a combination of vanilla and chocolate I can say this one if for those of a sweet tooth.


  • 30 ML Vanilla Vodka
  • 20 ML Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur
  • 30 ML Chocolate Milk
  • 15 ML Vanilla Syrup
  • 1 Whole Egg White


  • Put all the ingredients into a shaker, dry shake first to aerate the egg white and build up the foam.
  • Add cubed ice and shake again, till cold to touch.
  • Strain into coupe and garnish with mini chocolate eggs.
